What is PRP Vampire Therapy?

During your Vampire Therapy treatment, we will take a small amount of blood from your arm and process it within a centrifuge. The processed PRP solution contains a concentration of platelets and growth factors which stimulate and accelerate the body’s own healing activity. The solution is injected into the area to be treated, stimulating its rejuvenation, resulting in firmer, tighter, smoother skin with improved elasticity. 

The procedure takes just over 30 minutes and the results will be evident after approximately 2-4 weeks.  Over the following weeks, the Platelet Rich Plasma triggers the skin’s rejuvenation, almost like a natural version of a chemical peel.

Aftercare Instructions — Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP)

Immediately after the treatment session, you may notice small pinpricks in your skin where we injected the needle. Patients also usually experience a tingling sensation which is quite normal and usually dissipates within a few hours.  You may also have some slight swelling and redness at the injection site, for several hours.
After your PRP treatment, we recommend you refrain from washing your face for at least four hours and avoid applying make up or moisturiser for 24 hours.
